Healthy eating is a challenge especially as you get old and pass the age of 30, often your job also involves sitting at desk for 8 hours then you travel home make a quick dinner and deal with the kids before sitting infront of the TV for a few hours and then going to bed. With this sort of routine it is no wonder there are an increasing number of overweight people. Healthy eating is a key step everyone needs to take to keep their weight down. Alot can be gained by eating a healthy diet and one of thte easiest to do is a high protein and low carbs diet. With a diet like this you can eat alot of fruit and vegetables which allows you to enjoy good food. The key is to not eat to much carbs and this means having deserts that do not contain to much pastry or sugars
